M-O-T-H-E-R
In Loving Memory of Mary Colleen Vickers
April 7, 1932August 20, 2001

"M" is for the million things she gave me,
"O" is for the openhanded love she had for me,
"T" is for the tears she shed to guide me,
"H" is for her heart of purest gold;
"E" is for her eyes, with love-light shining,
"R" means right, and right she'll always be,
"MOTHER," A word that represents the world to me.

TRUE TO HIS WORD

In Loving Memory of Calvin Vickers

April 7, 1928 – March 2, 2003

He died as he lived, very proud, very strong

His unending love of family, unconcerned with wrong

His paternal promises kept, his clandestine plan

Our patience tested, by this giant of a man

He predicted the greed, in every detail

His instructions followed, he covered the trail

His keen awareness, exact to the day

Her lack of ethics, he told us to play

He was true to his word, to us his own

To keep us forever, wealthy, healthy and strong

His vision of our future, so sharp, so clear

Our lives have changed, he dispelled the fear

He threw the dogs a bone, to keep them away

His family secure, peacefully resting he lay

He cried out her name, with the end in sight

His thoughts of Colleen, he was drawn into the light

His true love waiting, he has taken her hand

Together in Heaven, never a thought of Flag Pole Mountain again

BROTHER
In Loving Memory of Mike Vickers
June 14, 1951 - October 19, 2003

A loving husband
to a kind-hearted wife

A caring father
to their gentle giants

A best friend
to a confused little brother

To Mike, there were no strangers,
just friends yet to meet
